109th Annual General Meeting

The Board of Trustees looks forward very much to welcoming you to the 109th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Society of Genealogists on Tuesday, 24th November 2020 at 6:00 pm via an online zoom meeting.

We apologise that due to exceptional circumstances this year the meeting has been delayed. Closure of the building prevented access to items and all timetables have understandably slipped. 

 

Any forms you may require can be downloaded as a pdf below. A copy of the notice of meeting and proxy form will also be sent via email to all members.

Proxy Form  Complete the Online Proxy Form or download the PDF Proxy Form (this can be filled in on-screen or printed, completed by hand and scanned) and email it to ceo@sog.org.uk.
We apologise that due to the lockdown, we're unable to receive proxy forms at the society in person or by post.

Annual Report & Accounts 

The Annual Report & Accounts are available to view here.  

A summary report is usually included with the June edition of the Genealogists Magazine, but in this extraordinary year, we have been unable to do this. If you would like to receive a copy of the Annual Report & Accounts by email or post, please email membership@sog.org.uk or call 07585 044 500 (Mon-Thu 9.00am-3.30pm)
