Society of Genealogists Articles and Memorandum of Association and General Regulations
The Articles of Association and the Memorandum of Association define the aims of the Society and how the Society shall be managed by elected members who are Trustees of the Charity and Directors of the Company Limited by Guarantee.
Copies are published in Adobe Acrobat (see below) or can be obtained by sending an A4 stamped self addressed envelope to the Chief Executive, clearly marked "Memorandum"

Board of Trustees and Committees
The SoG is managed under terms set down in the General Regulations by the Board of Trustees, which may devolve its
powers to Committees and Staff. Details of the membership of the Board of Trustees

SoGE Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Society, established to be the trading entity for the Society to which it covenants its profit each year
