Have you got a question about your family history research? Need some fresh ideas or places to look? The Society of Genealogists is just at the end of the phone. The Society provides a specialist family history telephone advice service - see below for opening hours.

Saturday: 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm

Thursday: 6pm-7.45pm.


Family History Advice Sessions

The Society runs regular one-to-one advice half hour advice sessions with experts at the Society’s library on alternate Saturdays from 2pm. Note the Society also runs free morning tours of the library on the same Saturdays.
