Internet Access from the Library
The Society has a suite of personal computers which can be used to access online genealogical databases via the Internet. The computers were generously donated by The Halsted Trust
Members and visitors are reminded that permission to access the internet is for use for genealogical research only
Online Database Access
The following organisations have provided the Society access to most databases on their web sites free of charge:
Provides access to an increasing range of primary and secondary data sources - some pay-per-view features are not available.
Provides access to an increasing range of primary records either as transcribed data or as images of original records
Provides access to all pay-per-view data on the Origins Network web site
Provides access to an range of primary records either as transcribed data and/or as images of original records. Full indexing of BMD Indexes 1866-1920
Provides access to the full range of records provided on-line by The National Archives
