In this talk, Penny McMahon offers a short introduction to the Parliamentary Archives and the records they hold. She then takes a closer look at the family history resources that Parliament holds and how best to access them.

The Parliamentary Archives have a surprising number of records that would be of interest to any genealogist looking into ancestors from around the country, particularly from the 17th century onwards.
