We are aware that some combinations of Operating System and Internet Brower will not allow you to complete your order. We are addressing this issue and hope to have an improved system early in 2011.
Although you can view the OnlineShop with any browser, it must be permitted to run Java applets to place online

- If you use the following software you should be able to complete your order on line but if the Checkout process fails please use one of the methods listed above.

- If you use you WindowXP/Vista/Windows 7: with Internet Explorer 6.0 - 8.0 you must first download and install JAVA (use the link below) - the latest
version is available for download. This caters for both IE6.0 and later and Netscape/Firefox6 and later.
- If you still use Windows 95/98/Me/2000/NT: and use Internet Explorer versions up to 5.5 and Netscape the checkout should work without any further action.
- If you use any other combination of operating system it is less likely to sucessfully allow you to complete your purchase. We have not yet tested Internet Explorer 9 (for Windows 7 Users only.) We are aware that for Windows XP the following Browsers are not compatible: Chrome, Opera and Firefox. Either Use Internet Explorer or one of the other methods of ordering.
