Software Requirements for OnlineShop
Although you can view the OnlineShop with any browser, it must be enabled to run Java applets to place online orders.
- This means that you will not be able to place orders on-line if you use DOS/Windows 3.1 but you can place orders by phone (020) 7702 5483 (international +44 20 7702 5483), fax (020) 7250 1800 or email.
- Windows 95/98/Me/2000/NT: can be used with Internet Explorer versions up to 5.5 and Netscape.
- WindowXP/Vista: with Internet Explorer 6.0 and later requires the addition of the Java - the latest version is available for download. This caters for both IE6.0 and later and Netscape6.
Firewalls: These can cause problems - if you have difficulty placing and order online please email your order to sales.
