The historical Family Tree and Pedigree Roll collection contains over 20,000 historical documents (many of which are unique and hand-crafted) showing Family Trees, Pedigrees, Birth Briefs and associated hand written notes.

Many of the physical Family Trees and Pedigrees are very large and difficult to store, and have thus been rolled up both to protect them and to make storage easy. Society members have often referred to them as Pedigree Rolls as a result.

The documents are incredibly ornate, combining Family Tree information with some wonderful artwork.
The addition of hand-written notes on many of them simply adds to their authenticity, appeal and historical significance.

We are making a selection of these available via the launch of our new software, TreeSearch™. This is being made available to test it in a live environment with our members and the public. It is fully functional, but It is also still being developed.

We welcome feedback on any aspect of it, especially the look and feel, functionality and also accessibility across different devices.
