Advice Service

Advice sessions at the Society

The Society runs free one-to-one advice sessions at its library on alternate Saturdays from 2pm. Each session lasts for 30 minutes and is open to both members and non-members. To book a session, telephone the library on 020 7702 5485 or email us.

Dates for 2017 are as follows:
9 September, 23 September, 30 September, 14 October, 28 October, 11 November, 25 November & 9 December

We also offer free 30 minute one-to-one introductory sessions on some Saturdays, for beginners new to family history websites such as findmypast and ancestry, as well as our own website. Dates for 2017: 2 Sep, 16 Sep, 7 Oct, 21 Oct, 4 Nov, 18 Nov, 2 Dec & 16 Dec. Places can be booked through our website or by email.
